About Katelyn
I'm interested in assisting students reach their full potential in high school and college level English courses. With a specific focus on writing, I want to inspire those who have struggled with prose in the past to continue writing and strengthening their skills. As an English major at UC Berkeley, I appreciate compelling narratives and unique ways of storytelling. My goal is to help others sharpen their skills in order to author their own unique stories and excel in any field they choose.
Teaching Experience
I currently teach an elementary class of about fifteen students between 5-8 years old. I design my own cirriculum wherein students practice their reading comprehension, writing and spelling through fun, engaging games. I also work am the Regional Director at UC Berkeley. My job is to help students with all their academic needs and give them support in writing, math and chemistry.

Library assistants must be able to learn and execute different tasks quickly and efficiently. I was responsible for shelving books, receiving book shipments, and verifying bookshelves. Communication was a critical skill in the library, as employees often report to different supervisors in different departments.

As the receptionist for Liner LLP, I was responsible for maintaining office efficiency. My tasks included inventory and budget management, scheduling conferences, answering phone calls, replying to emails, greeting clients, IT troubleshooting, and creating brochures and excel spreadsheets. Executing these tasks quickly and efficiently was critical to maintaining a functional environment for attorneys and clients.
