Teaching Experience

Teaching Experience
I spent a summer in college working for Club Z! Tutoring where I tutored elementary school students in math, language arts, and more. I also spent a lot of time in college reviewing and giving specific feedback on my peers' essays in order to facilitate their academic pursuits.

Work Experience

Work Experience
Crosscurrents Review, Supervising Editor
2017 - 2020
In my role as a senior editor at my university's literary arts journal, I led an editorial team of 12 to evaluate 100+ journal submissions each semester. I set the selection criteria for the poems in the journal, facilitated group discussions, and gave constructive and respectful feedback on my peers' poems and short stories. I also worked closely with the six other students on the editorial board to create cohesion across the genres of writing in each issue.
