I graduated top <5% with a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Chicago in 2019. After graduation I worked in the field of financial technology doing research and analysis, before moving on to become a college admissions counselor and tutor this year. While my main field is economics, I have experience both teaching and studying a wide variety of subjects ranging from history to basic programming.

The past couple of months I have been working as a college admissions counselor, where a large portion of my job consist of tutoring high school students in a variety of subjects in order to improve their performance for their college applications. I have tutored in math, economics, history, science, and more. Additionally, I tutored fellow students at UChicago in core classes (i.e. the classes the university requires of everyone) and basic classes within my major (Economics), through the university's own tutor program.

The position consisted primarily of gathering and analyzing information on banking in Japan, as well as interpreting and contributing to R and Python programs designed to optimize lending in the Japanese banking industry.
