Question:

What is a beneficial way to organize my time if I have a lot going on?

Answer:

One of the most effective ways to balance your time between things you have going on and things you need to get done is to use a planner. Being able to get a broad overview of what you have going on and then narrow the focus for each week and day will allow you to better plan out your time so it can be used most effectively. A great step towards time management is by keeping all your activities, events, and assignments together in one place and a planner is perfect for that.

Question:

How did historic documents influence the argument for or against the United States Constitution?

Answer:

Several historically significant documents influenced the United States Constitution, including The Magna Carta, the English Bill of Rights, and the Articles of Confederation. The Magna Carta was influential showing new Americans how separation of power can be beneficial for keeping the person(s) in power from exerting too much of their power and influence. The English Bill of Rights asserted and preserved certain inalienable rights to Englishman during a time when this was an uncommon practice. When writing the US Constitution these thoughts were taken very seriously and incorporated into the Bill of Rights within our own Constitution seen clearly rooted in the the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Eighth amendments. The Articles of Confederation was used as a reference for things to do and not to do in the creating of the Constitution. Considered by many as a failure, this document shed light onto the reasoning of needing more power within the government while still expressing the need for limited government powers.
