I attended a part-time magnet school for STEM in addition to a regular high school; here, I gained a strong foundation in math up to multivariable calculus and conducted independent research for two years. My senior year, I was named a National Merit Scholar and graduated as salutatorian. I am currently attending the University of Virginia as an Echols Scholar and majoring in computer science.
