I have been building web applications for over 20 years working with huge companies, small companies and everything in between. I have enjoyed developing front end, back end and full stack web applications and mostly my experiences have been great.
Way back in 1997 I was in class, and somehow, I figured out that when I completed my coding assignment, if I went around the room and helped the other students I would not only know how to fix my bugs but also theirs. Next thing I knew I was at the head of the class and I have carried that tradition for the last 20 years of my career. When I start a new company, if they aren't doing lunch and learns, I start them. Mentoring is what keeps me happy and fresh in this ever-changing industry.

As a Sr. Developer, I enjoyed architecting and developing enterprise applications with the team for Hertz, PSTA (Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority, Umbraco CMS), Habitat for Humanity and several others. I spent most of my time writing technical requirement documents, implementing and tracking development timelines, and negotiating Agile Sprints with the development leads and product teams as well as mentoring developers on software development patterns and implementations along with writing code. We also developed the Pinellas International...

Bloomin Brands (Outback Steakhouse), Sitefinity and Xamarin Cloud C# developer
2015 - 2015
I started out with helping them with some performance issues with their Outback, Carrabbas, Flemmings and Bonefish Sitefinity websites. Wrote C# NUnit test cases for Outback Steakhouse Mobile apps for both Android and iOS using interfaces so that the two development teams could use different naming conventions and IOC (Inversion of Control) and DI (Dependency Injection) to be able to inject which OS was being tested without having to have two separate sets of code.
JM Family Enterprises, Inc., Sr. UI/UX Developer
2014 - 2014
Created a small ASP.NET MVC/Web API (REST) application to enable Directors to report the status of the projects they are responsible for to JM Family VPs and Executives. This application replaced the current SharePoint application which was very cumbersome to use and required the Directors to log into the VPN on a PC. By using AngularJS, HTML5 and Bootstrap 3 with Responsive Design and Single Sign-on (SSO) the VPs could use the application from any device. Most of the updates are completed over weekends to report on the previous week, and this...
