Aside from teaching my friends and peers the material we were learning in shared classes, I have also been a teaching assistant during my time in undergrad, helping to teach such courses as bio-statistics and introductory Spanish.

Work Experience

Work Experience
Central Washington University, Graduate Assistant
2020 - 2021
I have assisted professors in grading, interacting with students, and teaching in both the Biology and Anthropology departments. Specifically, I have assisted with intro evolution courses, intro primatology courses, and graduate level primatology courses.
Private Family, Child Care Provider
2020 - 2020
I spend time with two elementary-age children once a week. Prior to the school year starting, I brought in materials to teach a new topic each week in a way that was interesting and captivation. As their school year began, I moved away from this to helping them understand what they were being taught by their teachers.
Beloit College, Teaching Assistant
2018 - 2018
I helped students gain a better grasp on the basics of Spanish. Three times a week I spent an hour with students working through their homework and explaining complicated facets of the language, and before every test I hosted a three hour study session.
Beloit College, Teaching Assistant
2018 - 2018
I helped students understand complicated statistics and work through the creation of novel research. I gave TA-hours once a week in which students brought their homework and we worked through the problems together.
