Describe the attributes of the following basic tenets of management: Planning, leading organizing and controlling.
The basis of management is the ability to do the following. A leader must be able to plan the efforts of the staff, no matter what the level. They must be able to show the staff at all levels how to follow that plan to accomplish the goal. Without organization, management has no value. The activities of the team must be defined and organized. Lastly, the efforts of the team must be able to be controlled and measured. Without these the leader has no way of knowing the success of the process.
