Taught the entirety of the RCM’s Theory, Harmony and History Curriculum several times over. Designed syllabi dividing curriculum into structured and comprehensible weekly lesson plans. Administered up to five courses per semester, three semesters per year. Graded practice examinations and maintained accurate records of past assignment marks for posterity. Supplied students with course feedback surveys holding instructor accountable to the school administration.

Trained first year undergraduate students in solfege, sight singing, rhythm, and basic keyboard skills. Unofficially accredited with having the fastest improving class the administration had ever seen. Examined bimonthly musical skills assessment tests on behalf of other Teaching Assistants and their students. Introduced visual aides, technology and powerpoint into the class room eliminating need for textbooks. Oversaw and administered ear tests during final examination of semester to approximately seventy students.
