What is the strongest wearable material can be used as a military bulletproof jacket ?
What is Photoelectric Effect? Give some examples.
The photoelectric effect is the emission, or ejection, of electrons from the surface of a metal in response to incident light. Energy contained within the incident light is transferred to electrons within the metal, giving the electrons enough energy to be 'knocked' out of, that is, emitted from, the surface of the metal. One good example is the Elevator Door, when we put our hand in the midway of the closing door. Door stops and again open. The hand in midway obstructs the pathway of incident rays and switching off the process. One more example is the Tom Cruise movie. Our hero tries to design his ways between the alarming laser. If laser strikes his body the alarm will kill our hero. Again if he comes in a way of laser, he is obstructing the pathway of incident rays and hence alarming situation.
Density of a drop of liquid X is 1.7 g/cc. What will be the density of bucket full of liquid X?
Same as the drop which is equal to 1.7 g/cc. Density is an intensive property which is mass independent. Even if I add thousands of drops of liquid, intensive quantities remain same.
