I was born and raised in Mexico. In middle school, I discovered my passion for all number related subjects (math, physics, chemistry). For my undergraduate degree I went to the United States and got a double major in Statistics and Economics. After that, I returned home and got a master´s degree in Finance. I have been working as a full time faculty member at the University of Colima teaching a number of math related courses since then.
I have taught the following courses in both English and Spanish at the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM): Physics, algebra, trigonometry, pre.calculus, and calculus. I have taught the following couses in both English and Spanish at the University of Colima (UdC): Calculus, financial math, statistics, econometrics, linear algebra, industrial organization, microeconomics, and time series analysis.
