Question:

How do you solve the problem of pipelining information between several components in a framework like React, Angular or Vue?

Answer:

You use what's called a "store". A special piece of software that attaches to React, Angular or Vue and that keeps track of all the information a user has access to within a browsing sessions (login info, selected products, options, and so forth). Access to the store is made through pure functions that change the store's state to CRUD information, hence giving any component access to the required information without having to pipelining it through the component hierarchy.

Question:

How do you safely read input from the console?

Answer:

Use a combination of fgets() and sscanf() to separate input reading from input processing, allowing for both error and format check. fgets() reads the input to a buffer while sscanf() tries to safely convert the input (in char format) to whatever is desired (string, int, char, byte, etc).
