My educational achievements and experience in the skills development sphere commenced in 1997 as an Ad-hoc facilitator in the Safety Training department of South African Airways and spanned the best part of 15 years in various positions ranging from Safety Facilitator to Skills Development Manager. I completed various qualification programme’s in aviation through institutions like IATA as well as a PPM NQF 5 through UNISA SBL. In 2013 I left South African Airways and entered the Skills Development Consulting arena.
