I am a current Mathematics and Music Production double major and aspiring composer. Drawing influences from philosophy, physics, economics, and psychology, I offer a diverse perspective in my lessons, exposing students to new ideas. I have taken two years of proof-based college math and three years of music theory.
My teaching in math focuses on proof writing and logic. For music, I teach ear training, jazz improvisation, advanced harmony, and post-tonal theory. I also teach at the intersection of math and music, including tuning systems,
I taught freelance math (HS Algebra through Calculus) and Music (Harmony, Improvisation, Ear Training) for four years in high school and college.
