How do people cope with constant pain?
A human mind is a powerful tool that many fail to realize that they possess. Many of us can remember a time when perhaps we fell off of something and broke an arm or leg. Our memory is able to recall that the moment was indeed painful, but we cannot 'remember' the actual pain. When we are faced with a person who lives every moment in constant agony, we cannot even begin to contemplate 'how'. I have spoken to many people about this matter, but the most crucial person I know is myself. There was a point in my life where every moment was agony, and I thought that the pain would never stop. How did I manage it you ask? As I explained in the beginning, the mind is a powerful tool. With it, and enough concentration you can transport yourself anywhere you wish. When the physical pain became difficult to bear I would meditate. By allowing myself to breathe deeply, and focus on the world within and around me my pain was no longer the center of my universe. Pain means one thing: you are alive. While it may hurt now, it will end and you will continue on with the rest of your life.
Is there anything particularly unusual about the setting? Does the setting itself serve as a "character" in the story? How significant is the time in the story?
For an example, let's use the novel "The Princess of Dan" to answer these questions. The setting inside this story takes place over two different time periods. One beginning in the 1960's, and the other sometime in the future - The Third Temple period. While these two time periods are so vastly different, they intertwine within each other creating this storyline. One could say that in the way the writing is done, the time frame is indeed a character within the story, By understanding the themes of the past, we can come to understand the themes and traits that the future will hold in store for us. Time is imperative in this novel. Without the past, the future cannot be written. By going through the struggles and thousands of years of exile, the Jewish people have rectified their misdeeds and learned their true place in the world.
How can I write an A+ paper?
The first topic of interest is to choose your topic! From there the rest is easy. Once we have a focus point, from there we turn to the web. Using trusted sources, we are going to gather as much information as possible that we can use. Once we understand what we're looking at and what we're trying to do - we are going to prepare your thesis. Apply critical thinking, and in one sentence, state it. Now the rest of the paper is a cake walk. Once we have the what, where, and how in place we are going to organize your thoughts. This will be your essays outline. I want you to take notes as you are working with your material and from here we will create your first draft. Then we are going to focus on editing and revising until it's ready to turn in.
