During my time at Connecticut College thus far, I have had the privilege of volunteering as a teacher’s aide in six classrooms, grades ranging from preschool to fourth grade, and have also worked with adolescents (grades 7 and 8) in a mentoring program. Teaching Experience
I have worked with children ages 3 through 14 in a range of subject areas. In particular, I have worked one-on-one with students in STEM programs, in language arts, and with ELS students. I have been learning Spanish for the past three years, and I am comfortable working with elementary-aged students to develop their reading and writing skill sets.
