Test anxiety. More often than not, you know the material. If you've put in the work and studied diligently, you can pass this test. But our own thoughts and anxiety can get in the way of achieving the desired score. There are a lot of tips to ease anxiety such as chewing gum, leaving encouraging notes for yourself leading up to the exam, studying with peers, etc.

Psychology is a soft science. It hasn't been around as long as the hard sciences, like Biology or Chemistry. It is also very subjective. We follow certain theories that were developed by old-school psychologists, and these have formed the basis of our understanding. In the counseling field specifically, ethical dilemmas can be very subjective. "It depends" is a frequent phrase, and it's up to the individual to maintain their clinical skills with continues professional development.
What is the hardest part of writing a paper?
You have to cater your language to the purpose of that paper. For example, a research paper will sound much different than an analytical piece on a historical novel. Some papers require more technical language, while others allow for flexibility in creative expression. I have experience with both MLA and APA formatting and know what's needed in a research paper vs. a persuasive or analytical paper.
