In order to insert a picture to a Word document, you would click on the insert tab, then click on picture and choose the picture to insert by clicking on insert. Once the picture is in the Word document, you must then click on the picture and then click on the format tab. From there you click on position and choose the type of text wrapping under the section labeled format with text wrapping.
