Writing is not something that is learned over-night. Although there are ways to get help writing an extraordinary essay, practice makes perfect. To produce a decent essay, what are the main criteria that must be included?
Introduction: Have a hook! It contains the thesis statement and tells what the whole essay is supposed to about. Body: The body must consist of three, or more, full paragraphs, containing at least five sentences each. Each paragraph is to describe the essay's main points. Go into detail about what the point is and even do research if necessary. Conclusion: This paragraph is what brings the whole essay to a close. Restate your thesis statement and main points of the essay. Make sure to bring up any last points that may have been forgotten previously. Most importantly come up with an unforgettable concluding sentence that leaves readers wanting more.

While working with the public, it is a guarantee that you will be faced with a number of different people. Some may be nice and courteous, while others will be outraged at something beyond your control. For example, say you are working in a retail business such as Wal-Mart. As you stand there, you see a customer approaching the counter and can instantly detect that they are outraged. They approach the counter, holding nothing back, and start screaming at the top of their lungs. Their coupons were not accepted during checkout and they did not realize this until they entered their car. They are blaming you for what the other cashier has done, and you feel yourself start to panic. How do you react?
The best thing to do in a situation such as this is to stay calm. Never overreact when speaking to a customer. Calmly reply, "Ma'am/Sir I understand that you are upset, but in order, for me to help I need you to calm down." Once they have calmed down continue to talk to them about what has happened. Say things such as, "Don't worry Ma'am/Sir, we will get this situation figured out and make it right before you leave." If needed don't be afraid to call your manager for help. Of course, the ideal goal in this situation is to refund the item/s and make it right with the customer. But in goals dealing with Communication, always stay calm. Never raise your voice because by doing so it will frustrate the other person. Keep the customer calm at all times and if you are not able to do so, find someone who can.
