I am currently a stay at home mom to 2 incredible young children. Prior to this I was a science teacher for five years. I have taught Biology (Living Environment), Earth Science, Chemistry, and Physics at both the regents and advanced levels. After my children were born, I began tutoring privately in all sciences from grades 7-12. I have my degree in Biology from St. John's University. I began teaching while I was in grad school to obtain my teaching degree. I started teaching in September of 2009 in a private school in Astoria, NY. I ended by teaching career in 2014 after the birth of my son. Throughout my career, I taught all major high school sciences (Living Environment, Earth Science, Chemistry, and physics), as well as many electives (anatomy, oceanography, astronomy, health).
