About Colin

About Colin
Hi All, I have been tutoring off and on for about 10 years, and enjoy doing it. I have always had an affinity for Mathematics and English, as well as the Sciences. I currently hold an Associate of Arts degree and am furthering my education in order to start a career in IT. I am available most times of day, every day of the week.

Teaching Experience

Teaching Experience
I have been tutoring classmates in various subjects since I was in 10th grade, and have helped classmates to grasp concepts and improve grades through my collegiate studies as well. I also tutored as a volunteer at Old Stone Church in Cleveland, Ohio for a summer, helping single mothers who had not graduated high school achieve passing scores for the GED.

2013 - 2013
At Old Stone Church we worked with single mothers who had dropped out of high school in order to raise their child. Our goal, was to prepare them for the GED test and ensure a passing score, in order to further their lives through higher education or more open job opportunities.
