When people ask you what your strengths are, how would you answer that question?
I think it is important to remember that we all have different definitions of strengths. I would challenge you to think about your strengths not as something you are good at, but something that you enjoy doing. Think about the things that you enjoy doing and that are not draining and lets focus more on improving those skills so you can progress yourself towards working within your strengths.

Johnny comes home from school to play with his three dogs! Johnny goes outside to play with the dogs and comes back inside and they have dirty feet. How many dirty paws are on the floor?
Johnny came back inside, he has to clean up the mess his dogs left. Each dog has 4 paws. Since Johnny has 3 dogs, we need to add the number of paws each dog has to see how many dirt paws are on the floor. 4 + 4 + 4 equals 12 or we can say that since Johnny has 3 dogs, 3 times 4 is 12 dirty paws on the floor

What is the difference between pointer variables and traditional variables?
Pointer variables store an address in memory that the program will go to in order to gather the value where as a traditional variable directly stores a value in memory. The difference between these two allows you to create multiple pointers to the same location in memory without increasing the memory requirements of the program when dealing with larger numbers.
