Work closely with L.V. Berkner High school and Garland High school students researching colleges, completing admissions applications, planning college visits and applying for financial aid and scholarships. Over 70 percent of our students chose to pursue either technical skills or higher education upon graduation because of their hard work and the dedication of the counselors and myself.

▪ Maintained sufficient statistics in various parameters which directly influence call volume as well as customer satisfaction. This includes: maintaining a 95 percentile customer satisfaction rating, which is generated by surveys following each call, and compiling a satisfactory average call “handle” time of less than 5 minutes.
