The Peer Mentors are a group of undergraduate students who act as a peer resource and are available to hold one-on-one sessions with University of Maryland students to design their academic four-year plans, career goals, and other academic goals. I have had the opportunity to act as a Peer Mentor in an in-person and online environment.

UNIV100 is a course designed to help University of Maryland students successfully adjust to college life. The course covers university academics, diversity and inclusion, career planning and goals, and health and well-being. As a teaching assistant, I co-design lesson plans with the course instructor and teach about half of the course material to a class size of 20 students. I have had the opportunity to teach in an in-person and online environment.
