Question:

Is everything online true?

Susan L.
Answer:

It is so important to be able to look through information given to you and determine it's true. This is a skill that many people take for granted and adults often assume children just know how to do this automatically. Advertisers rely on people not to know the difference between fact and fiction. Students need to learn how to sift through information and determine the truth for themselves! This is a life skill!

Susan L.
Answer:

Although the digital age seems to provide us with everything we need in life. Our conversation skills and ability to communicate in writing still contribute to our success in life. It is important to exercise your mind by reading which expands your vocabulary and allows you to participate confidently in professional peer conversations. Reading is also a wonderful way to relax your mind in todays demanding digital age! I love teaching students how to become more confident readers and writers!
