Question:

What is more important: correct grammar or good structure?

Answer:

Good structure is more important than good grammar as structure can make or break an argument, whereas grammar, even in some of the worst cases, can still be understandable and does not inherently weaken an argument.

Subject: Pre-law

Question:

Is it necessary to be "pre-law" to go to law school?

Answer:

It certainly is not necessary to be pre-law to go to law school. Law schools accept a variety of diverse students from economics to fine art. It can be helpful to be "pre-law" as many of the related topics like political science, history or criminal justice create a framework for the kind of thinking you will do in law school. However, the LSAT does not ask specific questions pertaining to subjects so anyone can learn how to take and master it for law school.

Subject: Political Science

Question:

Does the study of voting behaviors help us to better understand how marketing affects decision making in consumers?

Answer:

The study of voting behaviors in political science gives us a great insight into the way people respond to marketing - from advertisements to political campaigns. We can see from current research that political advertisements have a strong but short term effect. As such, we can extrapolate that marketing campaigns for products or businesses will likely be received similarly. That is, consumers will be most likely to buy a product right after viewing the advertisement rather than days or weeks later, at which time they may have forgotten about the product entirely.
