2019 - 2020
Acting as the voice of the Parks Project brand, I was responsible for managing customer relationships for the LA-based apparel start-up and delivering an awe-inspiring customer experience. I acted as point of contact with our 3PL with any inquiry under the ecommerce umbrella. I also implement ongoing assessment methodologies including NPS, online surveys, and in-person focus groups to capture customer insights and share across all teams to improve the user experience and brand messaging.

2011 - 2018
I coordinated a holistic service that assisted patrons with on-the-spot service related to library resources and programing. I managed a team of eight student workers and created the roaming service program based on research assessment methodologies. I presented academic research at various library conferences and published research on mobile technology in libraries.

2012 - 2014
In the spring of 2012, I was recruited to report on the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte for Yahoo! News from a college student's perspective through web media.
