Mnali P.
Answer:

The three types of cytoskeleton are microtubules, microfilaments (actin), and intermediate filaments. Microtubules are hollow cylindrical filaments of tubulin subunits and are involved as a scaffold for cell shape and tracks for movement inside cell. Microfilaments are the narrowest and are polymers of actin that assist with cell and muscle movement. Intermediate filaments provide mechanical support and are not involved in movement.
