Tutor profile: Scott W.
Supervising Editor at INTERZINE
I am a recent master's graduate with an exceptional academic record specializing in history, political science, and the humanities. I want to use the skills I've acquired throughout my academic and professional career to help instruct and inspire students and help them reach their learning goals! When I'm not working or teaching, I enjoy reading, playing golf, and volunteering in my community.
I've been tutoring throughout my academic career, serving as a teacher's assistant and a public speaking coach. I've also worked as a clinician with Lindamood-Bell, helping young students improve their reading comprehension through Socratic instruction. In my day job as a supervising editor with INTERZINE, I work with professional writers, helping them refine their arguments and revise their articles.
