About Alexia

About Alexia
I am a recent graduate student looking to expand my teaching experience. I currently live in Washinton State with my finance and it was at Washington State University (WSU) where I found my passion for teaching. I enjoy anything having to do with the outdoors, gardening, backpacking, birdwatching, playing sports, and running. I also enjoy doing arts and crafts, reading, and playing board games.

Teaching Experience

Teaching Experience
I have two years of college-level teaching experience. I taught an ecology laboratory where I gave lectures and assisted students with laboratory experiments. I was also in charge of reviewing and modifying laboratory lesson plans and setting up the labs. I also have a year of experience tutoring middle school math for a friend of the family. I would create lesson plans and monitor progress with assessments.
