What is the main difference between an argumentative and a persuasive article?
Both articles express the writer's point of view about an issue. However, in an argumentative essay, you must allot a paragraph contradicting your opinion. In short, you must add a refuting statement just so the reader can make a comparison between the two sides. It also requires you to add facts to make your stand appear stronger than the opposing stand.

You and me are the best of friends. Is the sentence above grammatical or ungrammatical? Justify your answer,
The sentence above is ungrammatical. "You and me" is the compound subject in the sentence. Therefore, we must use "I" instead of me because "I" is used in the nominative case (subject of the sentence). --> You and I are the best of friends. We only use "me" in the objective case (as the object of the sentence). --> This secret is between you and me.

Why do we use "on" in this sentence even if we are inside the transportation? ( I am on the bus.)
The rule in preposition usage in sentences about transportation is to consider the vehicle's size. If you can walk inside it, (like for plane or bus), we use "on". For instance, we say "I am on the bus" or "I am on a plane." In short, for large vehicles, we use "on" instead of "in".
