Question:

How do I create a mission statement for my library?

Answer:

A library's mission statement should include all of your goals and visions for the library. It should be a simple statement (1 to 3 sentences) that reflects your values in the community, and what your library can offer the community. An example would be, "The mission of the Imaginary Public Library is to make the library an inviting focal point for the community, encourage a love of reading and life-long learning, preserve Imaginary's local history, and offer patrons technology that extends access to ideas and information."

I have an assignment due for English class, what is the best way for me to cite my sources in the paper?

Answer:

If you are relying on quotations directly from the novels, I would recommend using MLA-style citations. If you are using outside resources as research, such as journals, articles, or periodicals, I would recommend using APA citations. Here is a website that can help you set up your citations in the correct way: https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/resources.html
