How would you use an IF statement in excel?
An IF statement allows you to produce a specific outcome if a single condition is met and an additional outcome if the condition is not met. For example: If you wanted the cell to the right of your data in cell A2 to read "TRUE" if your data was greater than 100 and "FALSE" if the data in A2 was less than or equal to 100 you could use the following IF statement: =IF(A2 > 100, TRUE, FALSE)
