Read each chapter from back to front. First read the summary in the back of the chapter, then the last page of the chapter and so forth until you get to the beginning. This allows you to piece together information as you go like a puzzle in your mind instead of starting with a blank slate and getting confused along the way. This way you already have an outline of what to expect to learn from the chapter and sometimes simply looking at things from a different perspective can assist us with the change within our brains we need in order to put things together and understand them better.

It has been proven recently by multiple companies that if you take care of your employees, they will take care of your customers. If a human resources manager or a general manager's job is to oversee and ensure profit and happy employees, then they should take this into account. If you have employees who are happy to come to work then their smile, happiness, and customer service will be more likely to improve. This positive environment will be felt by your customers when they walk through the door and will spread to them. Ensuring that your customers are having a positive experience from the moment they come through the door to the moment they leave is a giant portion of what customer service is. Customer service is extremely important to how well a business does economically. Strategically speaking customer service and how well it is executed should always be in the top three things that any manager considers when analyzing a company.
