Question:

Comment les personnes savent qui ils song?

Jennifer Z.
Answer:

Question:

What is Jean Hamilton's Metatheory?

Jennifer Z.
Answer:

Jean Hamilton is a professor and studied fashion. She thought that there were very defining principles of fashion identification. She believed that a lot of factors affected how fashion was created and has evolved over time. Through ideology, fashion is shaped by the beliefs in a certain culture. For example, in the 20's a boyish/waifish figure was ideal, therefore the garments were tubular in shape, had a dropped waist, and many women wore their hair cropped to their heads. Technology is what products and services were available to help speed along the fashion industry. For example, once travel overseas and cross-country was made available, clothes were more accessible to people around the world. This affected the fashion industry greatly. And with sociological factors such as male dominance led to women changing their appearances through things like foot binding and wearing corsets.

Question:

What is the difference between the elements and principles of design and list them out.

Jennifer Z.
Answer:

The elements of design are what makes up all aspects of graphic design and include: line, color, texture, shape, form, value, and space. The elements can all be used individually and you do not need all of them to use one. Whereas the principles of design are what you do with these different elements of design. The principles of design are harmony, balance, focus, rhythm, contrast, and directional movement.
