Explain a formal and an informal method for changing the Constitution.
Judicial interpretation can be used to change the Constitution because court decisions have the power to clarify ambiguities present in the original language of the document. For example, Brown v Board of Education clarified the meaning of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment. Additionally, Congress can pass laws that modify, expand, or clarify the Constitution. For example, The War Powers Act reasserted the power of Congress after the Vietnam War so that there was no future ambiguity over wartime powers.
Do Myers-Briggs, and other personality tests, really mean anything?
Due to the fact that the creators of Myers-Briggs did not have any background in psychology, the science behind these tests is unsubstantial at best. Research has found that those who take personality tests will get a different score just 5 weeks later.

To what extent was Reconstruction successful?
The Reconstruction Era enabled the United States to pass vital legislation abolishing slavery, extending citizenship rights to African Americans, and enfranchising black men to vote. However, lack of enforcement measures and inadequate legislative compromises resulted in discriminatory state policies. The country did not see meaningful change until the Civil Rights Era when Jim Crow laws were finally deemed unconstitutional.
