I was always passionate about teaching. I was the one picked from my family members to teach their kids subjects like history, economics. I also did one year of social service where I was teaching kids of middle public schools in India. My last 10 years of experience in learning and development has kept me involved in various elements of teaching like designing 1-2 day workshops, conducting master classes, conducting roundtables with HR heads and educating them about the new learning and development trends.
