Why are Islam, Christianity and Judaism known as the 'Abrahamic Faiths'?

These scriptures detail how God made a covenant with Abraham that his ancestors would be 'as numerous as the stars'. According to tradition, Abraham's two sons Isaac and Ishmael are the fathers of Judaism/Christianity and Islam (respectively).

Describe how Joe Biden's foreign policy differs from that of Donald Trump.
While Trump famously had an exclusivist 'America First' policy, in which only the ideals and values of American conservatives were considered, Biden has shown himself to be inclusivist in his approach. For example, the waiving of patents for COVID-19 vaccines shows that he is willing to put the needs of other countries into consideration (even if it is to ensure that mutations do not circle back to America). Visiting with foreign leaders, especially key allies, and using regular diplomatic channels is evidence of a return to formal diplomacy.

Describe the effect Alexander the Great's conquests of the Middle East and Central Asia had upon the cultures of these regions.
For starters it created a global shift towards Hellenization. That is the spread of Greek culture across Asia and the use of Greek as an universal language. It set into motion political and territorial conflicts that can still be felt to this day (including the institution of Greek pharaohs in Egypt which eventually led to the decline of the Egyptian empire).
