Works with the Maintenance Management team to run a 24/7 production line, working with skilled trades and other workers to keep machines running. Tasks include prioritizing Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment while improving manufacturing processes. Involved in diagnosing machine faults and developing procedures to recover assets in the future with design for manufacturing in mind.
