What is FMEA? Give me an example of what an FMEA may be used for.
FMEA stands for Failure Modes and Effects Analysis- It tests the probability of failure within any given model. Once the potential failures via analysis or observation have been identified, risk assessment, process mapping or a kaizen event may be required to understand how to mitigate said failures. This technique is commonly used when patients have a adverse outcome where incorrect medication is given or incorrect procedures are performed.
4*(2a+3b=15) 8a+12b=60 8a+4b=12 12-4=8 60-12=48 48/8=b b=6
