About Leah
Hello, my name is Leah DaCosta. I am a recent graduate of Boston College where I studied English and Marketing. I am passionate about all things reading and writing. While in college, I tutored at my university's Writing Center, and now I am continuing my tutoring online at TutorMe!

Teaching Experience

Teaching Experience
I have been a tutor in the Boston College Writing Center for two years where I edited student essays. I worked with all levels of students and helped them learn writing and revision skills. I have experience tutoring in a video-call modality as well as in person. In addition, I had a summer internship as a teaching assistant at a Boston nonprofit, Educational Development group, where I helped new immigrants with written and spoken English.
