I was born and raised in northern Illinois. Since I was a child the natural world has always fascinated me. When I graduated high school in 2010, I decided to pursue a degree in the sciences. Teaching Experience
I have been teaching a general biology lab at Northern Illinois University for a year and a half now. Since the fall semester of 2016, I have taught 7 sections of the lab, each with about twenty students. Northern Illinois University is a diverse institution and is a communter-friendly school. My students have ranged in age from 18 - 40 years old.
