When writing a persuasive paper, you should include both a thesis and a reason. Please explain the difference between a thesis and a reason.
While a thesis and a reason are similar, the thesis is the overarching reason of why the author believes the side they are supporting. This can be referred to as an umbrella term. The reasons support specific details that the author uses to support their thesis. Within the argument, the author will have several examples to give a grounded sensation to the argument. With each example, there is a reason as to why it supports the overall argument.
