### Subject: Study Skills

What is the best way to study?

Short answer: it varies. It depends on how you learn best! I recommend using several different strategies before deciding on one to stick with. Examples of different study skills include note-taking, active recall, or making your own practice exam questions/study guides.

### Subject: Forensic Science

Fingerprint patterns can only be collected from nonpermeable surfaces. Would a fingerprint be able to collect from a glass window? Why or why not?

The answer is yes. Glass is nonpermeable and does not allow the oils from the fingertips to be absorbed into it.
