•Process suspected Mycobacterium clinical samples for identification via solid media colony morphology, VeraTREK Myco Media, and MALDI-ToF Analysis. •Identify antibiotic resistance characteristics of isolated Mycobacterium Tuberculosis isolates. •Perform C. auris antibiotic resistant testing in collaboration with CDC's Antibiotic Resistance Laboratory Network. •Perform Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) analysis on suspected COVID-19 clinical samples utilizing TaqPath's COVID-19 Combo Kit and Cepheid's Xpert Xpress SARS-CoV-2 Rapid Test.
