About Rockwell
I read books on philosophy, physics, biology, ecology, mathematics, and more simply for fun during my free time. I love knowledge and thinking and hope one day to be a philosophy professor. In the meantime, I think I have a lot to offer as a tutor who is infectiously in love with ideas. In particular, my philosophy studies help me pick up on what people are missing when they are struggling and a variety of approaches that might help with the intuition that makes things easier to remember.
Teaching Experience
Teaching Experience
I come from a family of educators: my dad is a college professor, my mom a middle school teacher, and my brother and sister have both been certified substitute teachers. I have personal experience tutoring fellow college students (at the time) in macroeconomics and statistics to great success taking at least three students from struggling to top students.
