I'm a bilingual (English and Spanish) tutor that specializes in English writing composition, English for first-year college students. I can help students with essay writing, ranging from planning and finding sources, to revision, and can provide basic essay templates that can be used in a variety of classes. I'm confident in my ability to help students with writing terminology and tips that can help them with essay assignments, long after they have finished with their mandatory English courses.

My main focus has been teaching English 101 and equivalents for first-year college students, though I have also helped students in all sorts of classes that typically require writing homework (sociology, psychology, history, art history, etc.). I have done occasional work helping ESL-level students, particularly Spanish speakers, with sentence structure and paragraph writing.
