What is the correct essay format and structure?
Essays are usually 5 paragraph essays which include the introduction, 3 body paragraphs, and the conclusion in that order. In the introduction, you should start with something generic related to your topic then work your way slowly into your thesis. Your thesis should be the last sentence in your introduction paragraph. Then, each of the 3 body paragraphs represents a supporting idea from your thesis statement. For example, my thesis is I like cats because cats are independent, loving, and cute. In my first body paragraph, I would talk about how cats are independent and give supporting evidence. Then in the second paragraph, I would talk about how cats are loving, etc. Lastly, your conclusion is just a summary of your essay. The first sentence of your conclusion should be your thesis statement.

How can I improve my speaking skills?
The best way to improve your speaking skills is to practice speaking English daily. It's true that the only way to really learn a new language is to practice speaking. If you don't practice speaking even for a few minutes every day, it's easy to forget what you learned. I was learning Spanish in high school and I didn't practice every day. Even though I studied Spanish for 3 years, I don't remember much so this shows that you really need to keep practicing.
Subject: English
Why should I bother learning English? English is so difficult with all these irregular verbs and various ways to pronounce the words so why should I take the time to learn English?
I understand that English can be difficult to learn as with any new language. However, English has become so universal that at least knowing some English is vital to so many aspects of life. For example, many popular songs are written and sung in English so it would give the songs more meaning if you knew what the songs were talking about. Also, many countries use English to communicate with each other so you might need English at your job as well.
