The three branches of government are; the Executive Branch which includes the President and his Cabinet, the Legislative Branch which includes both the Senate and the House of Representatives and finally the Judicial Branch which includes the Supreme Court. The President can veto laws that the Legislative Branch creates, and Supreme Court makes sure that the laws that the Legislative Branch creates are Constitutional.
