Through my work at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh and Cooper-Siegel Community Library, I have taught classes to patrons and staff on subjects including library card registration, digital preservation of analog technologies, genealogy, and media streaming services. I have also provided one-on-one tech help and instruction to library patrons. My virtual reference experience has included helping K-12 and college/university students with subjects including history, science, and literature.
